ProMark Development is converting the former office building into 102 condominiums, UrbanTurf<\/a> reported yesterday.<\/p>\n BKV Group is designing the project, which will offer one- and two-bedroom condominiums. The units will measure an average of 600 square feet, with average pricing below $300,000.
