Pricing for available units starts at $2,350 per month for a 661-square-foot one-bedroom. The most expensive unit is 7B, a 2,365-square-foot two-bedroom that&#8217;s asking $4,600 (it&#8217;s also listed as a 1,265-square-foot two-bedroom that&#8217;s asking $5,200, but that has to be a mistake, right?) <\/p>\n<p>Every apartment has a balcony; interiors feature dark oak floors, central air conditioning, white quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances with glass backsplash and in-unit washer\/dryer. Amenities include video intercom, bicycle storage space and garage parking with additional storage space available. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/queens.brownstoner.com\/2012\/12\/new-7-story-mixed-use-building-going-up-in-astoria-on-31st-street-around-the-corner-from-bohemian-hall\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Brownstoner Queens<\/a> first spotted permits for the 32,122-square-foot, mixed-use development, which <a href=\"http:\/\/queens.brownstoner.com\/2013\/09\/seven-story-build-on-31st-street-tops-off\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">topped off in September 2013<\/a>. According to <a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=2&#038;passjobnumber=420365919&#038;passdocnumber=01\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">permits<\/a> filed in 2011, the building has 9,120 square feet of commercial space, 1,232 square feet of community facility space and 21,527 square feet of residential.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the floorplan for Unit 7B, which has private rooftop space:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/10\/23-88-31st-street-astoria.html\/23-88-31st-7b\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-104857\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/23-88-31st-7B.jpg\" alt=\"23-88 31st 7B\" width=\"612\" height=\"792\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-104857\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Develop Realty Co is handling leasing.<\/p>\n<p><a
