Pricing for available units ranges from $2,076 per month for a one-bedroom to $3,323 per month for a three-bedroom duplex with a private back yard. <\/p>\n<p>Interiors feature hardwood floors and kitchens with Caesarstone countertops, porcelain backsplash and GE stainless steel appliances, as well as washer\/dryer hook-ups. In-wall speakers are installed throughout the apartments. The units come with one month of free rent, so multiply those above net-effective figures by 13\/12.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/a810-bisweb.nyc.gov\/bisweb\/JobsQueryByNumberServlet?requestid=2&#038;passjobnumber=310051653&#038;passdocnumber=01\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Permits<\/a> were first filed in 2007 for a four-story, 45-foot-tall building at the vacant site. The project evidently stalled, and the still-empty lot traded in March 2013 to 51 Troutman Realty LLC for $450,000, according to Department of Finance records.<\/p>\n<p>Modern Spaces is handling leasing.  <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/10\/51-troutman.html\/51-troutman-bedroom\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-104765\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
