This is the first ground-up project from brothers Yoni and Yuri Pielet, <a href=\"http:\/\/ny.curbed.com\/archives\/2014\/06\/06\/surprisingly_attractive_harlem_rental_building_set_to_launch.php\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Curbed<\/a> reported. <\/p>\n<p>Pricing for available units starts at $2,395 per month for a one-bedroom and goes up to $3,600 per month for a two-bedroom. Interiors have recessed lighting, built-out custom closets, in-unit Frigidaire washer\/dryer and bathrooms with black mosaic tile and grey ceramic flooring. Each kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, white lacquered cabinetry and Caesarstone countertops. Select apartments have private exterior space. <\/p>\n<p>Amenities include a video intercom, roof deck and bike storage. <a href=\"http:\/\/harlembespoke.blogspot.com\/2014\/05\/architecture-mixed-media-on-west-123rd.html\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Harlem Bespoke<\/a> took several photos of the nearly finished building in May.  <\/p>\n<p>Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling leasing. Occupancy is anticipated for November 1st, at least for Unit 1B, a duplex two-bedroom that comes with a 30&#8242; by 21&#8242; rear yard:<\/p>\n<p><a
