One of the project&#8217;s six penthouses went on the market without an exact asking price, according to <a href=\"http:\/\/ny.curbed.com\/archives\/2014\/09\/29\/one_john_street_officially_launches_sales_starting_at_36m.php\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Curbed<\/a>. Previously, the penthouse pricing was described as a coy &#8220;starting at $4.9 million,&#8221; <a href=\"http:\/\/dumbonyc.com\/blog\/2014\/09\/30\/sales-at-one-john-street\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Dumbo NYC<\/a> reported. <\/p>\n<p>Now, the listings are live for Penthouse F, asking $4,949,278, and Penthouse C, asking $5,659,639.<\/p>\n<p>Penthouse C is a three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom duplex measuring 2,567 square feet. The main living, dining and kitchen area is located on the 12th floor, with a private interior courtyard that opens up onto the living space and connects with the unit&#8217;s rooftop terrace.
