Issac and Stern Architects is the architect of record; the apartments will all be full-floor units, the Schedule A filing indicates. <\/p>\n After renovations, the five-story, 4,650-square-foot building will have four three-bedroom, two-bathroom units above ground-floor retail, according to the project’s Fundrise<\/a> profile page. The development is anticipated to cost approximately $5.3 million, including property acquisition and construction costs. <\/p>\n Corigin purchased the property in February 2013 via 137 Avenue C LLC, according to public records. The 3,540-square-foot building consisted of six apartments and one ground-floor commercial space. The structure sits on a 20′ by 75′ lot.<\/p>\n
