The 25 one- to five-bedroom units, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2013\/10\/one-vandam-listings.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">which hit the market in October 2013<\/a>, range in size from less than 1,000 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet. Many units have private exterior space and multiple exposures. Pricing for available units starts at $6.2 million for a 2,221-square-foot three-bedroom. <\/p>\n<p>Studio DB designed the interiors. Residences have open-plan kitchens with solid walnut cabinets, custom-polished steel doors and bathrooms with custom wood vanities, heath ceramic tiles and floor-to-ceiling windows. The building&#8217;s three penthouses each enjoy outdoor terrace space and wood-burning fireplaces. <\/p>\n<p>Two of the crowning residences are on the market. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/one-vandam\/units\/condos\/pha\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Penthouse A<\/a>, a 5,286-square-foot four-bedroom triplex, is asking $28 million. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/one-vandam\/units\/condos\/phb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Penthouse B<\/a>, a 3,400-square-foot four-bedroom duplex, is asking $15 million. <\/p>\n<p>Below
