The apartments range from one- to three-bedroom residences; select units have private exterior space. The Morali Architects-designed building was originally slated to have 100 one- and two-bedroom pads measuring 800 to 1,200 square feet, but the developer added three-bedroom units due to demand, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dnainfo.com\/new-york\/20140729\/forest-hills\/forest-hills-luxury-condo-building-adds-3-bedroom-units\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">DNAinfo<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>Residences feature hardwood walnut floors, nine-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, recessed lighting and in-unit washer\/dryer. The kitchens have custom walnut cabinetry, granite countertops with tile backsplash and GE stainless steel appliances, while the master bathrooms are awash in tile flooring and milk glass countertops. <\/p>\n<p>Amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, gym, on-site parking and landscaped roof terrace with barbecue and bar pergola.<\/p>\n<p>The Marketing Directors is handling sales. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/10\/the-aston-forest-hills.html\/the-aston-living-room\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-103373\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/The-Aston-living-room.jpg\" alt=\"The Aston living room\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-103373\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/10\/the-aston-forest-hills.html\/the-aston-bathroom\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-103375\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/The-Aston-bathroom.jpg\" alt=\"The Aston bathroom\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-103375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/2014\/10\/the-aston-forest-hills.html\/the-aston-bedroom\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-103376\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.livabl.com\/articles\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/The-Aston-Bedroom.jpg\" alt=\"The Aston Bedroom\" width=\"1000\" height=\"500\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-103376\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Have some sample floorplans below.
