Ranging in size from approximately 2,850 square feet to 7,000 square feet, the apartments come in full-floor, duplex and triplex layouts. Every residence has keyed elevator access, 10-foot-plus ceilings, herringbone fumed oak flooring, custom mahogany paneling, pre-wiring for complete home automation and en-suite baths in each bedroom.<\/p>\n<p>All units feature &#8220;Juliette&#8221; balconies, and the kitchens by Christopher Peacock are graced with marble countertops, hand-painted custom cabinetry and Gaggenau and Wolf appliances. Master baths are decked out with radiant floor heating, Christopher Peacock vanities with onyx vanity tops, Bianco Dolomiti marble, white shell mosaic floors, rain showers and freestanding Waterworks tubs.<\/p>\n<p>Amenities include a 24-hour doorman and concierge service, gym, wine cellar, private climate-controlled wine lockers, deeded on-site storage units and access to bicycle storage.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/offeringplan.datasearch.ag.ny.gov\/REF\/planformservlet?id=CD140010\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">condo offering plan<\/a> was approved in July, with a total offering price of $179.95 million as of August.<\/p>\n<p>Toll Brothers purchased and demolished two buildings at 1108 and 1110 Park to make way for the new project, <a href=\"http:\/\/ny.curbed.com\/archives\/2012\/03\/12\/is_toll_brothers_planning_another_upper_east_side_project.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" class=\"external\">Curbed<\/a> reported.
