Upon completion, the townhouse between Bond and Nevins streets will have a cinema room, billiard room and a 900-square-foot roof deck with an in-ground swimming pool. The backyard will measure about 650 to 700 square feet. Interiors are by Shay Sabag of S&#038;O Interiors.<\/p>\n<p>Galleria Group is marketing the home as a pre-construction purchase opportunity; the listing went live in July. The property traded for $675,000 in April to 492 Warren Street Inc., according to Department of Finance records. The deal represented the highest price per buildable square foot ever paid for a development site of that size in Brooklyn, the <a href=\"http:\/\/commercialobserver.com\/2014\/07\/boerum-hill-atlantic-avenue-site-sells-for-record-price\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"external\">Commercial Observer<\/a> reported. The one-story building at the corner of Nevins Street measured 16,100 square feet, and the lot can accommodate a development of up to 48,300 square feet.
