With an asking price of nearly $64 million, the unit is NYC’s third most expensive condo — behind the penthouses at 212 Fifth Avenue and 100 East 53rd Street.
The unit — PH76 — is the building’s first of six penthouses to hit the market and is the largest of five duplexes.
The full-floor residence offers 360-degree views of Central Park, the Hudson and East Rivers, as well as the downtown Manhattan skyline. It has four bedrooms and a living room with double-height ceilings.

53W53 is being developed by Hines, Pontiac Land Group and Goldman Sachs, and was designed by Jean Nouvel, SLCE Architects and Adamson Associates Architects. The interiors were designed by Thierry Despont and Jean Nouvel.
The residences sit atop the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), and are a short walk away from high-end shopping on Fifth Avenue and Central Park. As an added perk, residents also receive a MoMA membership.
It houses 145 units in total and has a wealth of luxurious amenities, including a private formal dining room and lounge, wine vaults, a porter and a private service and delivery entrance with its own dedicated staff.
Pricing for available units starts $5.1 million with Corcoran as the exclusive sales agent.
