Daniels MPV2 will feature condominium suites utilizing geo-exchange technology. This is an energy efficient system harnessing the planet’s thermal energy to provide low-carbon heating and cooling, in addition to net-zero, fossil fuel-free townhomes with all-electric systems. These townhomes include rooftop solar panels that generate renewable energy.

MPV2 consists of two mid-rise condominiums. There’s an east tower rising 14 storeys, and a west tower totalling 11 storeys.  Both towers contain a total of 310 suites, ranging in size from 437 square feet studios to larger 877 square feet two-bedroom-plus-den designs.  

Within the community, there will also be 120 condominium townhomes, featuring  one to three bedroom layouts, ranging in size from 528 to 1,334 square feet.    

Within the Daniels MPV2 community, residents will discover over 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities to enjoy. This includes a circular economy hub, fitness centre, party room and outdoor amenity area.

There is also a brand new, multi-purpose public park with lots of green space, a children’s playground, walking paths and an outdoor amphitheatre.
