via bloor exteriorEarlier this month, Tridel announced a two-tower condominium development at Parliament and Bloor. Since then, the news has spread like wildfire amongst prospective homebuyers and investors. Via Bloor is set to become Toronto’s next great neighbourhood, and Tridel would like to invite the public to visit their head office beginning Sunday, January 22nd to pick up a copy of their new brochure.

While we can’t give away all the details, we can say that the lookbook contains glossy renderings of the architecture, amenity areas and suites. There are sample floorplans, as well as pricing that will only be available to those who stop by Tridel’s headquarters at 4800 Dufferin Street in North York.

The project will feature a new retail promenade, which will act as an extension of the famed shopping along Bloor Street. It is framed by the esteemed neighbourhoods of Yorkville, Rosedale, the Danforth and Cabbagetown, providing convenient access to transportation, specialty shops, fine dining and entertainment.

The well-appointed suites, crafted by II BY IV DESIGN, feature open-concept layouts with smooth ceilings, plank laminate flooring, designer cabinetry, granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances and spa-inspired bathrooms. One bedroom, one bedroom plus den, two bedroom, two bedroom plus den and three bedroom units will be available. Floorplans range from 522 to 1,167 square feet.

The fourth floor is dedicated to recreation and leisure — there are two party rooms, a games room and an outdoor lounge. The state-of-the-art fitness centre will consist of a spin room, weight room, gym lounge, yoga studio, whirlpool, steam sauna and changing rooms.

The fifth floor outdoor amenity area will offer a swimming pool and a terrace that’s equipped with barbecues, alfresco dining areas, lounge seating and zones for open air exercise. Only select amenities will be available for use at the time of Phase 1 occupancy.

Don’t forget to stop by the Tridel head office this weekend, located at 4800 Dufferin Street, to pick up your copy of the Via Bloor brochure and speak to a sales representative. You can also register online to stay up-to-date on the latest news and buying opportunities.
