It’s another milestone for Two Ten West 77 — breaking the $100 million mark. This doesn’t come as a huge surprise, considering terrific sales for the 18-story luxury development last month.

Latest sales figures reflect $109,950,000 in just under eight weeks. 65 percent of the building is now sold, including both townhomes.

“The need for the type of inventory we are offering in this neighborhood is very apparent, and the market is responding accordingly,” said Miki Naftali, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of the Naftali Group. “Our sales momentum is incredible, even with tight market conditions across the Upper West Side, and we are getting more inquiries every day.”

The developer first launched the building in September, but decided to temporarily take the apartments off the market and revamp the building based on buyer feedback.

Residences at Two Ten West 77th Street are designed as expansive half and full floors with open layouts, complete with solid white oak-plank floors highlighting the uninterrupted flow of space. Select residences feature fireplaces and private outdoor terraces, and every home has private elevator access opening directly into the residence. Apartments range from 2,058-square-feet three-bedrooms to a 5,973-square-feet duplex penthouse with outdoor space. The lobby features a sculptural double-height glass ceiling, custom detailed white oak wall panels and Omani limestone floor.

Building amenities include a sports court/convertible movie room, a spa with sauna and two steam rooms for two, a gym and a roof deck with an outdoor fireplace. The building also has a 24-hour doorman, porter and building superintendent.

“Two Ten West 77th Street is the building everyone dreams about coming home to on the Upper West Side. We’re offering large floorplans, beautiful finishes, and a complete package of luxury amenities — all with the added bonus of Central Park as your back yard,” said Alexa Lambert of Stribling Marketing Associates, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for the building.

Occupancy is slated for Fall 2016. Other notable Naftali projects include The Seymour in Chelsea and 234 East 23rd Street in Gramercy.
