Sierra Building Group is giving a first look — inside and out — at Dellwood Park, a 110-residence townhome community coming to the corner of Atwater Avenue and Cawthra Road in Mississauga.

The builder has not only released the first renderings of the project, but it also launched an interior-design app, the Dellwood Park Design Studio, on the development’s website.

The realistically rendered app lets users, who can also register for updates, customize a virtual kitchen and bathroom modeled after the ones they’ll find at Dellwood Park when the neighbourhood is complete.

Users can pick out designer-recommended bathroom cabinetry and countertops and select kitchen flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and even the colour of the walls.

Toggling between cabinet finishes such as natural oak or chocolate maple and paints like Cliffside Gray or Ozark Shadows, users can get a good sense of what their future home might look like.

After creating an account, which only takes a moment, users can save their favourite options for future reference.

The initial renderings of Dellwood Park, which award-winning Toronto-based firm Kirkor Architects + Planners has designed, provide a further look at the forthcoming community’s homes.

Images present clean-lined modern townhomes in a courtyard-centred neighbourhood. These urban abodes boast open-air terraces and a desirable locale just minutes from Lake Ontario, as the renderings and site plan reveal.

Interior renderings showcase bright, open-concept spaces with a selection of high-quality design-forward finishes just like those viewable in the virtual Dellwood Park Design Studio.

Pricing at the low-rise community of Dellwood Park begins in the $300,000s.
