The first of the two townhouses at West Village’s The Printing House is on the market.

The newly built four-bedroom residence at 421 Hudson Street, asking $14 million, measures 4,228 square feet over five levels, including the cellar. Designed by workshop/apd, the townhouse has a private elevator, six bathrooms, a fireplace on the main level, a huge dressing area on the third-level master suite and a roof deck. The entrance is through a private mews, crafted by Gunn Landscape Architecture.

Described as “the heart of The Printing House’s transformation,” the private mews is a block-long retreat with pathways through planting beds, “green” walls and sculptural benches, according to the official site. The garden oasis separates the newly constructed townhouses from the apartment building at The Printing House, a 1911 structure redeveloped into about 60 one- to four-bedroom condos.

Residents get a 24-hour doorman, full service concierge, pre-wiring for audio/video and home automation. The townhouse also comes with valet parking and laundry service, according to the Corcoran listing.
