The Printing House condos in the West Village have hit the market.

The eight-story building, which dates back to 1911, has sixty new loft-style residences ranging from one- to four-bedroom units. Pricing for available apartments at the 421 Hudson Street development starts at $1.45 million for a one-bedroom and goes up to $6.95 million for a 3,192-square-foot three-bedroom.

The units have fifteen-foot ceilings, double-height living rooms and eleven-foot windows to maximize natural light. The homes include maisonettes and townhouses with their own terraces and garden entrances within a private mews.

The Printing House was renovated by design firm workshop/apd, which hewed to an industrial-plus-comfort aesthetic. The open-plan kitchens are decked out with Caesarstone countertops, Timeline cabinetry and appliances by Wolf and Sub-Zero. Additional finishes in the rest of the apartments are white oak floors, lacquered woodwork and glazed terra-cotta tiles.

Amenities include 24-hour doorman, full-service concierge, Intelligent Nest thermostat, valet parking and private storage.
