BuzzBuzzHome News recently visited the sales gallery and model suite at 1110 Park Avenue in historic Carnegie Hill. The Barry Rice-designed condominium by Toll Brothers City Living impressed us with its elegant Indiana limestone exterior matched by an equally impressive sales gallery and 5,097-square-foot model suite. This week we’ve returned to the posh Park Avenue address to take a peek inside an even larger suite — the 7,000 square foot penthouse.
Recently featured on CBS New York’s Living Large, the penthouse suite is the epitome of luxury, offering the finest features and finishes, expansive living spaces and gorgeous views of Manhattan’s grand residential boulevard. Priced at $29.5 million, the home is situated on the top three floors of the building and includes five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and approximately 1,738 square feet of private outdoor space.
