Morning commuters travelling through the Port Credit GO Station on Thursday, March 3rd are in for a treat as FRAM Building Group and Slokker Real Estate Group will be offering free Timothy’s coffee from 6:30am to 10am. The initiative is part of the developers’ priority registration program for Nola Condos, a 70-unit luxury condominium coming soon to the corner of Ann Street and High Street East, just two blocks south of the station.

“Partnering with Timothy’s showcases the local coffee shop, one of the many walk-to benefits new Nola homeowners will experience when they live in Port Credit,” said Fred Serrafero, Vice President of Construction at FRAM Building Group.

In addition to a variety of fine and casual dining restaurants and cafes, residents of Nola will have a wealth of amenities and attractions close at hand within the community of Port Credit. Whether it’s a leisurely walk along the waterfront trail and St. Lawrence Park, shopping the boutique stores on Lakeshore Road, or catching a hockey game at the local arena, the sought-after neighbourhood has something for all to enjoy. And with easy access to the QEW, GO Transit and MiWay bus service, getting to other parts of Mississauga and the GTA is quick and convenient.

Designed by award-winning Giannone Petricone Associates Inc. and Brook McIlroy, the 15-storey glass tower will be a modern addition to the Mississauga skyline and offer sweeping views of Lake Ontario. The building’s profile features a layering of elements and incremental setbacks creating an elegant and dynamic presence just steps from the waterfront.

Inside, the suites boast contemporary styled interiors by Mike Niven and will be available in a variety of layouts up to 2,250 square feet, and priced from $299,900 to over $1million.

Be sure to register online to be the first to hear about the spring launch, and don’t forget to grab your free cup of Timothy’s coffee at the Port Credit GO Station next Thursday, March 3rd from 6:30am to 10am.
