MODA at Monrovia Station is now leasing the first and second of four phases of luxury apartments at a well-connected location in Monrovia, California.

The second phase, launching this month, brings a total of 151 homes to Monrovia, in addition to an impressive array of amenities. It also boasts a pair of landscaped courtyards, a pool and spa, kitchens, barbeque areas, fire pits, and a sprawling 4,000-square-foot rooftop terrace overlooking the expansive San Gabriel Mountains.

“MODA is an exciting new community to San Gabriel Valley. Located right on the new Gold Line Station and only a short distance from heart of Monrovia, the project enjoys the benefits of nearby transportation to the Greater Los Angeles Area and an easy bike ride to Old Town” says Timothy J. O’Brien, senior managing director of Legacy Partners, who have partnered with Griffin Capital and Silverpeak Real Estate Partners to bring the project to market.

In all, the mid-rise MODA is delivering 261 apartment residences to West Pomona Avenue, less than a mile from Old Town Monrovia and right next to Monrovia Station. The one- and two-bedroom residences all come with state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances, an in-home washer and dryer, and premium finishes. Residents will be able to enjoy private outdoor space, as the homes are designed with expansive balconies and private patios.

Legacy Partners, founded in 1968, has a long-running history of developing and managing multi-family communities across the US. Its development portfolio has grown to more than 60,000 apartment homes. Current projects in California include 580 Anton in Costa Mesa and Wayfarer Apartments + Marina in Marina Del Rey.
