The 16-story, 47-unit condo project at 3201 Collins Ave launched sales in January.
Pricing at the Lord Norman Foster-designed, Alan Faena-developed tower ranges from $2.15 million for a 1,307-square-foot one-bedroom to $50 million for a five-bedroom, full-floor penthouse.
More about that penthouse: it measures 8,000 square feet on the inside, with a whopping 7,000 square feet of exterior space. There are two kitchens, a great room, lounge, media room, dressing room, a private elevator and an alero, or wraparound, Brazilian-veranda-esque balcony used to connect the condo spaces.
