Located at Speers Road and Kerr Street, Rain & Senses Condos by Empire Communities will soon be celebrating a major milestone. Construction on the master-planned community is now in the final stages and its 19- and 21-storey towers have already provided a modern addition to the Oakville skyline. Their heritage value lies in their unique architecture and building materials which were inspired by the Arts and Crafts and Craftsman styles. Priced from the $400,000s, a limited number of quick occupancy suites are still available to choose from.
