Since opening its doors in late February, The Harland West Hollywood has sold more than 70 percent of its luxury penthouses, condominiums and townhomes.

Livabl recently stopped by the site of the OFFICE UNTITLED and Marmol Radziner-designed development to see how it’s taken shape.

The four-story building’s striking geometry is accentuated by undulating balconies that offer sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills, DTLA and Century City. The wood slats and metal panels that adorn the exterior create privacy and visual interest, while dark-trimmed windows add contemporary flair.

Newly-planted succulents and trees enliven the streetscape, framing the entrance to the lobby, which is attended by a 24-hour concierge service. The Harland boasts a curated collection of lifestyle-enriching amenities, including a bowling alley, entertainment lounge, private screening room, dining room and exhibition kitchen, fitness center with yoga studio, and an open-air courtyard with lush landscaping and meandering pathways.

There is one remaining penthouse, seven townhomes and two condominiums, ranging from 1,788 to 2,677 square feet in size. No matter which floorplan you choose, all residences come appointed with private outdoor space, wide-plank European oak flooring, Italian-designed  Poliform kitchens, custom walnut cabinetry, Calacatta-honed and slab marble countertops and backsplashes, plus integrated Miele appliances.

The spa-like master bathrooms feature marble-topped custom walnut vanities, freestanding soaking tubs, expansive walk-in showers, large-format Dekton tile flooring and Litze plumbing fixtures in a nickel finish. Meantime, the secondary bathrooms tout custom matte lacquer vanities with Calacatta marble countertops, nickel finished fittings, and charcoal gray tile flooring hand-laid in a Chevron pattern.

Located at the nexus of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, The Harland is within walking distance of the designer boutiques on Melrose, the sophisticated showrooms of the Pacific Design Center, and the raved-about bars and restaurants that dot Sunset Boulevard.

The 10 available residences at The Harland are ready for immediate occupancy and priced from $2,198,000. For more information about this architectural marvel, visit its development page on BuzzBuzzHome.
