
The Chelsea project between 9th and 10th Ave. will be half new construction, half conversion and will contain 23 units priced from $2.26 to $6.5 million.
Brodsky will renovate a building originally constructed in 1836 as part of the General Theological Seminary and link it to a new construction building with a glass atrium.
The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, including duplexes and penthouses with outdoor space, will range from 1,191 to 3,790 square feet. Amenities will include a 24-hour doorman, gym, bike room and private storage.
