New renderings have landed at Biscayne Beach in East Edgewater.

Developed as a joint venture between West Palm Beach-based Eastview Development and New York-based GTIS Partners, the 51-story tower has 399 luxury condominiums. The development is located at 711 NE 29th Street, right on the water fronting Biscayne Bay.

Thom Filicia designed the interiors, drawing inspiration from the sand, the sea and the city. “By mixing natural elements with raw and refined materials, we created common areas that are bold and sophisticated, yet inviting and approachable,” Filicia said in a statement.

Interiors feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding glass doors, glass-railed balconies for direct bay views, Miele stainless steel appliances, Quartz countertops and full-size in-unit washer/dryer. The penthouse residences boast 12- to 14-foot ceilings, master bedrooms with sitting areas and private terraces. Of the penthouses, the upper apartments also each feature a duplex layout with upper and lower living rooms, formal and informal dining rooms, terrace with swimming pool and summer kitchen and separate sauna in the master bathroom.

Amenities include daytime concierge services, fitness center, spa with sauna, business center, valet parking and 24-hour security. The Beach Club level offers a bayfront L-shaped pool, elevated man-made beach above public Bay Walk, chaise lounges, day beds, changing areas and cabanas. The sixth-floor amenity level has indoor and outdoor great rooms, summer kitchen and lounge seating areas, residents-only pool and hot tub with panoramic views, two tennis courts, basketball half-court and dog park.

Construction began in June 2014 with completion slated for December 2016. Biscayne Beach has already sold more than 70% of its units, representing more than $250 million in sales.
