Since launching in 2000, Minto Communities has built over 5,500 homes in its master-planned Orléans community called Avalon. Building on the success, Minto Communities is now preparing to launch its newest addition this July. Avalon Vista consists of two phases with a total of 556 homes. The first phase will have 160 homes including a variety of single-family homes and two-storey towns. Meanwhile, the second phase will total 396 homes, comprising of single-family homes, two-storey towns and three-storey back-to-back Avenue Townhomes. Each home boasts quality building materials to reduce maintenance and energy costs, and generous layouts that maximize space and functionality.
The Executive Townhomes sport modern two-storey designs that have become a popular choice for homebuyers in Avalon. The collection features eight designs with three- or four-bedroom layouts ranging from 1,541 to 2,218 square feet with finished basements.
Those who need a little more space can choose from the collection of 30-, 36- and 43-foot single family homes. A total of 22 home designs are available to choose from with distinct architectural styles and open-concept floorplans ranging from 1,442 to 3,400 square feet and three to five bedrooms. Recognizing the need to accommodate multi-generational families Vista will offer two new home designs, the 43-foot Quinton W/Guest Suite and the 36-foot Waverley, with each home offering floorplans for multi-generational living.
The back-to-back Avenue Townhomes are a refreshed line-up of homes that will be released in the second phase. This series features new floorplan designs that offer increased square footage for more living space and storage. Plus, exteriors incorporate additional masonry, sleek wood-look siding, and extra-large windows for ample natural light.
