The FX FOWLE creation of glass, slope and stone is located at 35 West 15th Street, at the intersection of the Flatiron District, Chelsea and Union Square. The building will have 55 residences beginning on the building’s eighth floor, about 100 feet above street level. Interior designer Benjamin Noriega-Ortiz crafted the apartments, lobby and amenities spaces.

Available homes are priced from $4 million for a two-bedroom to $12.65 million for a four-bedroom. Occupancy is scheduled for the third quarter of 2014.

The seventh floor will be devoted to amenities, including a lounge with billiards and personal wine storage for each owner in a custom refrigerated wine cellar adjacent to the dining room. There’s also a 75-foot-long outdoor terrace, a health and fitness center and a children’s playroom.

The off-site gallery at 135 Fifth Avenue features a replica of the development’s stone facade entrance, along with a model kitchen and two baths.
