Carroll Gardens’ 335 Carroll Street has started leasing.
The five-story warehouse conversion has about 30 units, ranging from studio to three-bedroom units, according to the official site. The majority of the apartments come with exterior space, from 30-square-foot balconies to 375 square feet of outdoorsy goodness for a first-floor duplex.
Construction should be wrapping up circa now; according to signage spotted by Brownstoner, the estimated completion date is May 1st.
The project has been in the works since 2005, when developer Isaac Fischman filed permits to reconfigure the 19th-century manufacturing building into about 31 apartments. Fischman erected a 40-foot metal addition to the structure, then took the extension down in 2011 (Pardon Me For Asking has the full recap here).
Amenities include a lounge, gym and roof deck, according to the site for MySpace NYC, which is marketing the building.
