Fresh permits and renderings are here for Park Slope rental 275 Fourth Avenue, designed by ODA Architecture.

Adam America Real Estate and Silverstone Property Group are developing the 11-story, 78-unit building. The 64,964-square-foot project will possess a gym, multi-purpose room, game room, private storage, bike storage, lounge and library, according to the plan exam application filed December 10th.

The developers shelled out $14.8 million for the lot at the corner of Fourth Avenue and First Street, The New York Observer reported. The original asking price for the property was $12 million, or $200 per developable square foot — it closed for $246 per square foot.

The site currently houses a McDonald’s, which will vacate the premises by March 2014, The Real Deal reported. The new building will have 4,476 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, although probably not of the Mickey D’s variety.
