A teaser site is out for 1133 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint.

The mixed-use project by Domain Companies will hit the market in Fall 2014, with one- and two-bedroom apartments.

The seven-story, 210-unit development will be 50 percent market-rate units and 50 percent affordable housing for low- and middle-income families, Brownstoner reported. Navid Maqami of Perkins Eastman is the architect of record. The complex was developed under Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s 2004 initiative to finance 165,000 units of affordable housing for 500,000 New Yorkers by the end of 2014, according to a press release.

The new building will have 37 parking spaces and 35 bike storage spots underground, as well as 85 parking spaces and 77 bike spaces on the ground floor, says the Schedule A filing.

The site was previously occupied by a vacant, single-story warehouse; before that, it was home to the Brooklyn Rapid Transit Railroad car barn, according to Greenpointers.

Brownstoner took construction shots last month of the rising building, which is almost complete.
