The reimagined pre-war building, named The Leonard, will offer one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, along with penthouse loft spaces, according to this Douglas Elliman listing. Units at the neoclassical, solid-brick-and-limestone facade property will have ceilings ranging from 10.5 feet to 18 feet.

Amenities will include a full-time concierge and doorman, roof deck, fitness center, bicycle room, children’s playroom and cold storage. The ground floor will have retail, according to the site for Milan-based developers Bizzi and Partners.

The firm bought the 12-story building, which originally had the address 350 Broadway, for $53 million late last year, The Real Deal reported. The property was previously owned by Extell Development.

Marin Architects is designing the conversion. Permits were filed today for the addition of new stairs, new elevator shaft and new bathrooms.
