The official site is on the loose for Karl Fischer-designed 255 Bowery.

The seven-story metal and glass condo building offers four units in two- and three-bedroom layouts. Two commercial units occupy the bottom levels; the apartments start on the third floor, ranging from 1,193 square feet to 2,195 square feet for the three-bedroom duplex penthouse.

Interiors feature key-locked direct elevator entry,front-facade windows insulated to block out street noise, natural stone bathrooms with marble sinks, Poggenpohl kitchens and in-unit Bosch washer/dryer. Amenities include a common roof deck and onsite storage.

The lot was formerly home to Cannon Co., a restaurant and bar equipment supplier now based in Brooklyn. Developer Shaky Cohen acquired the four-story building for $5.5 million, the New York Observer reported. The developer then filed permits, issued in August, to add three levels atop the existing structure.

The condo offering plan was accepted in May, with a total initial price of $14.97 million. After three years of being shrouded in bars and netting, the building revealed itself in July, Bowery Boogie reported.
