The website is out for Rabsky Group’s Leonard Pointe in Williamsburg, with new images and floorplans.
Located at 395 Leonard Avenue, the seven-story, 188-unit rental building was constructed on the old Meeker Flea Market site. Pricing starts at $2,600 per month for studios, $3,250 for one-bedrooms and $4,335 for two-bedrooms. All units will come with a free month of rent.
Move-ins start December 1st, and the first official open house is on December 7th. As of today, 23 of the units have been rented.
Durukan Design crafted the facade, interiors and landscaping with an industrial rustic feel. Exposed conduits, wire and piping are selectively displayed throughout the entire building, while “in lieu of traditional artwork,” the hallways, kitchens and amenities feature stylized graffiti wall coverings.
Apartments have hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, washer/dryer hookups and kitchens with stainless steel Shaker cabinetry, built-in wine racks and pendant lighting. Bathrooms are coated in subway tiles, penny round mosaics, metallic tiles and concrete.
Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, gym, yoga room, game room, screening room, children’s playroom, dog spa, business conference center, second-floor garden courtyard and furnished rooftop. Residents also get bike storage and parking for lease.
