Several new home developers and marketing agencies from the Greater Toronto Area scooped up 2022 awards in the gold and silver categories.

Just east of Toronto’s bustling Yonge and Eglinton intersection, a newly proposed development could bring a host of new housing and public amenities to the community.

New details have emerged about a dual-tower, high-rise residential development proposed near Spadina Road and St. Clair Avenue West.

The development would replace the existing homes with a 28-storey, 27,927.8-square-metre residential building with a six-storey podium and at-grade townhouses.
