Intergulf Development Group is kicking off the start of sales on their newest addition to the Simon Fraser UniverCity neighbourhood in Burnaby – Arbour.

With over 35 years of experience, Intergulf Development Group was one of the first developers to break ground at SFU UniverCity. This latest project marks another welcomed addition to their long-standing relationship with the area and complete community.

Arbour will be a collection of 178 homes spread across four buildings. Homes range from one-, two- and three-bedroom condos and city homes, to 3-bedroom townhomes.

Livabl spoke to Sean Lin, vice president of sales and marketing at Intergulf to learn more about the community.

Arbour is located at Simon Fraser’s UniverCity high above on Burnaby Mountain.

The location on Burnaby Mountain also means the rest of Burnaby, New Westminster, Coquitlam and Port Moody are right next door. The SkyTrain and Highway 1 are just down the hill, meaning trips across the city are a breeze. In addition to all those pre-existing travel routes, the future SFU gondola route will make living at Arbour that much more convenient.

Tell us more about the design of the project – what are the exteriors and interiors like?
