An exterior rendering of ICON at Mission

What’s in a name? Everything. And with a name like ‘ICON,’ it’s clear what we can expect from Carlisle Group‘s latest condo community in Calgary.

ICON at Mission is a modern condo community that will house 100 suites ranging from one- to three-bedrooms in size, giving future residents plenty of floorplans to choose from that will suit their individual lifestyles. Sales for the iconic mid-rise on Mission Road Southwest kicked off in June, with units starting from the mid-$200,000’s. Amenities within the building include a gym, heated underground parking, an interior courtyard and a community BBQ area that fronts onto a city-designated green-space.

ICON’s expertly-designed units feature earthy colour palettes and high-end kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Each bathroom was crafted to recreate the feeling of a luxury spa with the help of quartz counters, bathtubs with tile surrounds and showers in ensuites.

Each floor plan boasts an open layout that optimizes flow and movement between rooms. Residents can enjoy peace of mind knowing their suite is equipped with the latest in heating and cooling technology – meaning more energy efficiency and less cold toes in the winter months.

Sleek colours and clean lines define the exterior of ICON at Mission. Wood panelling will wrap around the exterior of the lobby, creating a striking contrast to the clean colour palette of the stacked units above.

Located in Calgary’s bustling Mission District, ICON promises residents the best of what Calgary has to offer – both inside and out.

Shops, cafes and restaurants line the streets of the surrounding neighbourhood, offering a year-round playground for residents and visitors to explore. Grocery stores are only steps away from ICON, but if you don’t feel like cooking, there’s still plenty of eatery options. Local favourite restaurants nearby include Alloy, Earls Tin Palace, South Block Barbeque & Brewing and Añejo.

Downtown Calgary is only five minutes away by car, so commuters needn’t worry about waking up early to make it to work or school.

For those who prefer the great outdoors, ICON at Mission is well-connected to local parks and conservation areas. Elbow River, Roxboro Park, Earl Grey Park and Lindsay Park are all within walking distance from the community. If weekend camping trips are more up your alley, Banff National Park and Peter Lougheed Provincial Park are both within an hour’s drive away from the city.

ICON at Mission is slated for completion in late 2023. For more information, visit liveicon.ca
