As the industry evolves, purchasers are now more open to browsing plans virtually. In the future, the brick-and-mortar sales centre may just be reserved for larger and phased projects. This is where the Blackline App steps in. The platform allows for simple, remote education of anyone from brokers to end-users. This means that coffee shops, dining room tables and even park benches can be a substitute for the typical pre-construction sales centre.
