All suites come with solar block, triple-paned low-e windows. These windows minimize excessive heat gain from the outside, making the home more comfortable in hot weather. It also prevents heat from escaping, which reduces energy consumption and spending.

One surface parking space is included with all of the one-bedroom models, and for those purchasing a two- or three-bedroom suite, a parking space in the heated underground garage is included in the purchase price.

Other amenities at Carrington Square include bike storage and a central courtyard with park benches and picnic tables for residents to enjoy. The landscaping in the courtyard and surrounding areas will contain many different species of trees, including Dolgo Apple, Juliet Cherry, Moonglow Juniper, Wolf Willow, Nanking Cherry and more.

Carrington Square’s location allows for easy access to the rest of Calgary, with Stoney Trail NW found just south of the condominium via a quick drive down 14 Street NW. The area surrounding the buildings is developing quickly, with amenities such as a No Frills grocery store, Carrington Skate Spot, and schools such as St. Josephine Bakhita and Our Lady of Grace found nearby.
