Westerly 2, the newest chapter in the Westerly community by Tridel Hollyburn, has a limited number of suites to choose from. These three-bedroom suites will not last long on the market, and interested homebuyers should visit the Tridel website immediately for more information.

Westerly 2 sits on the southeast side of the first phase of the Westerly community, located on Central Park Roadway near Dundas Street West and Islington Avenue. The 27-storey tower contains 354 suites. Common areas and amenities were designed by II by IV Design.

There are two featured floor plans to choose from in the three-bedroom configuration.

The first, Suite 3B, is listed at $882,000 and is 872 square feet in size. These condos begin on the sixth floor and come with a northeastern view. This featured floor plan has an open flow layout from the kitchen and dining area to the living room, where residents will be able to access a spacious balcony. A centrally-located bathroom is easily reached from all three bathrooms, and the second bathroom is conveniently located not far from the main entrance.

The second version of the three-bedroom, two-bathroom featured floor plan, Suite 3C, is listed at $920,000 and comes with 879 square feet of space. These suites begin on the 23rd floor and feature an eastern view, allowing residents to take full advantage of the early morning light. Similar to the Suite 3B floor plan, this suite allows access to the spacious balcony from the living room.

As part of the Tridel Connect® community, Westerly 2 has equipped every suite with Tridel Connect® technology. This innovative system lets residents control many aspects of their home via a smartphone app or the in-suite wall pad. Tridel Connect® can change the temperature in the suite, set the alarm and provide building updates, along with many other features.

Westerly 2’s central location within Etobicoke gives its residents plenty of options to reach other parts of the Greater Toronto Area. The Islington TTC station is a nine-minute walk from this community, with the subway transporting riders to downtown Toronto within just 20 minutes. The Kipling TTC station is an 18-minute walk away, and will soon be home to the Kipling Transit Hub — a convenient stop for residents connecting to the subway, GO Bus and MiWay transit under a single roof. If travelling by car, Highway 427 and the 401 are four and nine minutes away, respectively. The Gardiner Expressway is also a short 10-minute drive from home.

Tridel Hollyburn recently hosted a webinar for interested homebuyers, featuring an overview of the Westerly 2 and a breakdown of its many features and amenities. The entire webinar is available for viewing on on Westerly webpage.

With a very limited number of featured floor plans available, potential homeowners should contact Tridel today to secure the condo of their dreams.
