Following their release of the first Westerly condominium in Etobicoke, Tridel and Hollyburn Properties are looking to replicate that success with a second chapter.

Westerly 2 sits just southeast of the first phase of Westerly at Central Park Roadway. The 27-storey tower contains 354 suites. Common areas and amenities were designed by II by IV Design. Suites range from one-, two-, and three-bedrooms, with layouts ranging from 482 to 872 square feet, with luxurious touches like nine-foot ceilings, as well as designer-selected features and finishes. Many residences also include a balcony.

The Westerly and Westerly 2 towers possess many of the same amenities that potential homeowners have come to expect. Amenities for residents are plentiful. A fitness centre and yoga studio is available for use. A multipurpose room, separate lounges for co-working and media are also included. A particularly unique feature that will come in handy for many residents is the pet wash.

As part of the Tridel Connect® community, Westerly 2 has equipped every suite with Tridel Connect® technology. This innovative system lets residents control many aspects of their home via a smartphone app or the in-suite wall pad. Tridel Connect® can change the temperature in the suite, set the alarm, provide building updates, along with many other features.

Westerly 2’s central location within Etobicoke gives its residents plenty of options to reach other parts of the GTA. The Islington TTC station is a nine-minute walk from this community, with the subway transporting riders to Toronto within just 20 minutes.
