Located at 5365 Dundas Street West, The Kip District is a five-tower condo community coming soon to central Etobicoke.

The Concert development is situated on the site of a former Canadian Tire store and gas station and has been under construction since 2016. The area is in an urban growth centre with several infrastructure improvement projects already completed.

These include the reconfiguration of the Six Points Interchange in an effort to accommodate future growth and enhance traffic flow, along with the recently renovated Kipling Transit Hub that offers connections to TTC, MiWay and GO Transit.

The first phase was completed in March 2018 and is fully occupied, while work on the second phase is well underway. Construction on phase two started in August 2019, and when completed in 2022, will consist of a 21-storey apartment building on the east end of the property and a 24-storey condominium to the west. Both towers feature a similar aesthetic anchored by a four-storey podium with retail, clad in a dark grey brick veneer. The towers themselves are finished in a clean, white façade characterized by large windows, brick accents and integrated balconies.

Interiors are by EsQape Design and feature open-concept suites and modern common areas. Amenities include a contemporary lobby with an adjoining lounge, a fully-equipped gym and an outdoor barbecue terrace. Residents will also have access to a rooftop party room with a lounge, wet bar, dining room and catering kitchen.

Since reaching grade in July 2020, construction on the podium and tower levels have progressed swiftly. The two cranes are still on site, however, both towers are nearly topped off with workers pouring concrete for the final floors. Meantime, cladding installation has reached the 8th floor on the east tower and the 15th floor on the west tower. Windows can also be seen up to the 11th floor on the west tower, however, none have been installed on the east tower.

With phase one complete and phase two under construction, Concert is now accepting registrations for phase three. This release comprises the fourth and fifth towers of The Kip District and will be situated on the south end of the community.
