Shoppers can purchase nearly anything at Yorkdale Mall, but those seeking something truly unique may want to pick up a brand-new condominium.

The WestLine Condos pop-up Sales Centre by CentreCourt offers a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for investors looking for a unique opportunity or homebuyers hunting for the perfect Toronto living space.

“The WestLine Pop-up Sales Centre is a never-been-done, out-of-the-box marketing strategy to inspire excitement to brokers and reach consumers,” says Jason Lam, CentreCourt’s vice president of sales and marketing.

The collaboration is a first at Yorkdale, and the proximity to the mall is one of WestLine Condos’ best amenities, Lam explains. Yorkdale is two subway stops, and a short five-minute drive from the future condos, which can be found at Allen Road and Sheppard Avenue West. WestLine Condos will be created alongside the future 1,000-acre Downsview redevelopment, the largest masterplan in the Greater Toronto Area.

“As one of the most active developers in the GTA, this activation is generating buzz and effectiveness,” said Lam. “We’re able to communicate the transit connectivity and highway access that WestLine will provide to its residents, while showcasing its value proposition for home-owners and investors.”

The pop-up presentation centre features a 3D model of the condo’s exterior. Prospective buyers are free to peruse the vast number of building renderings on the walls. The 14-storey building will contain 422 units, with sizes ranging from 421 to 1,199 square feet.

The Yorkdale pop-up isn’t the only creative marketing strategy CentreCourt has launched during the pandemic to engage brokers and consumers. The developer initiated a drive-in condo launch, an exclusive sit-down virtual event with Raptors president Masai Ujiri and the mobile PRIME on Wheels sales centre.

WestLine Condos aims to keep its residents connected to nature. The condos offer a large rooftop terrace, complete with dining booths, a dedicated children’s play area and outdoor garden. Indoor spaces include a fitness room, working space, modern lounge and a private dining room. In all, the future community will provide 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.

The neighbourhood of North York holds a lot of appeal for families.

Additional outdoor amenities are steps away from the condos. Downsview Park has playgrounds, nature trails, and many recreational activities for residents to use. A number of schools are nearby, including Centennial College. York University can be accessed by a short subway ride.

To reach the rest of the city, WestLine Condos is only a few minutes away from the 401. The 407 Express toll route is located a short drive north of the project. For residents who use transit services, the Sheppard Avenue West TTC station is found right across the street.

Due to the pop-up’s success, its stay at Yorkdale Mall has been extended until November 21st. The sales office is open daily, located directly beside MAC Cosmetics and the food court escalators.
