Residents of Riverchase will be able to exercise their green thumbs now that the community garden has opened. This new amenity gives gardeners the opportunity to grow their own fruits, vegetables, herbs and more in the raised planter boxes. A grand opening event was held in late February to celebrate the community garden and allow neighbors to connect safely in the outdoors.
In addition to the community garden, Riverchase boasts a central park with a covered picnic area, grassy lawns, and a children’s playground featuring unique playstructures. There are two visitor parking areas, providing added convenience for residents and guests alike.
While there are currently no new homes available for purchase at Riverchase, 29 contemporary-style residences will be included in a future release.
