Monza Condos is a nine-storey boutique condominium coming soon to 863 St. Clair Avenue West in midtown Toronto.

The latest renderings show the distinct black and white pattern created by the alternating bands of grey brick and white aluminum balcony guards.

A contemporary, glass-infused lobby comes complete with sleek furniture, concierge service and parcel retrieval, while an expansive rooftop party room is equipped with a fireplace, television and a catering kitchen.
