With fewer than 10 homes remaining in its first phase, ERA by SwissReal Group Canada is gearing up to launch sales of the next two phases in its vibrant, master-planned community in Maple Ridge’s new Town Centre. Considering the breakneck speed at which phase one sold, prospective buyers are encouraged to register online to stay up-to-date on the latest news and purchasing opportunities.

ERA phase two will boast a 20-story apartment building, soon to be the city’s tallest, featuring sweeping mountain or river views. This stage of development will also see the addition of a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse with amenities spread across two floors.

Residents will be able to practice shooting drills on the basketball court or perfect their crane pose in the yoga room before refueling at the juice bar. Creatives can tinker away in the hobby room and workshop, record voiceovers in the podcast room, or collaborate on a project in the business center. Other highlights include an indoor children’s play area, theatre room, guest suite, dog washing station, and a golf simulator and games room.

The second floor is all about indoor/outdoor entertaining and recreation. There’s a well-equipped fitness center with change rooms, plus a stylish party room with a kitchenette that opens onto a sprawling terrace. The outdoor pool features a hot tub and sundeck and is surrounded by lounge areas and a barbecue station with dining tables.

Phase three of ERA is expected to incorporate a six-storey, wood-framed building although design details have not yet been finalized. Construction is currently ahead of schedule and the first phase could be completed in early 2022.

ERA will consist of seven phases over 7.4 acres, comprising nearly 900 residential units including condominiums, townhomes and apartments. There will also be 50,000 square feet of new retail and 10,000 square feet of office space. The master-planned community will be the first of its kind in Maple Ridge, placing residents within an eight-minute walk of Maple Ridge City Hall, the Public Library and the Leisure Centre.

The West Coast Express at Port Haney Station is also just 15 minutes away on foot, and the new B-Line service whisks riders to the nearby Coquitlam SkyTrain station. Highway 1 and Lougheed Highway are also easily accessible for those who prefer to get around on four wheels.

The presentation centre at 22351 Dewdney Trunk Road in Maple Ridge is open on weekends from 12 pm to 5 pm and weekdays by appointment.
