Tustin is poised for growth. The close-knit, central city in Orange County is home to nearly 80,000 residents and offers a historic Old Town dotted with boutiques, cafes and restaurants, plus all the big-box retailers and grocery stores that you’d expect to find in an urban area.

The Landing is a new master-planned community by Brookfield Residential coming soon to Tustin Legacy, a 1,600-acre development site that was formerly occupied by the Marine Corps Air Station Tustin. Three new neighborhoods have been announced by the developer, with 400 new homes and resort-style amenities in the works. Although renderings and floorplans aren’t yet publicly available, we’ve compiled the latest information on these three upcoming condo, townhome and single-family home developments.

1. Terra

Terra is described as a “modern collection of elevator-served flats,” showcasing open-concept living spaces, gourmet kitchens, spacious bedrooms, office areas and private decks. There will be ample opportunities for personalization, and all homes will be equipped with smart technology.

Terra’s 154 contemporary-style condos will range from 1,062 to 2,275 square feet with one to three bedrooms. Pricing has not been released, but prospective buyers can join the interest list to stay in the loop.

2. Luna

Luna offers 129 family-sized, low-maintenance townhomes suitable for “every phase of life.” Choose from three thoughtfully designed floorplans featuring patios and decks, open living areas, relaxing bedrooms, and private first-floor flex suites that could be used as guest bedrooms or home offices.

These three- to four-bedroom residences will boast 1,985 to 2,270 square feet of living space, providing the feel of a single-family home without the sticker shock. Floorplans and renderings will be unveiled later this year, but in the meantime, prospective buyers can add their names to the interest list.

3. Cira

Cira will deliver 117 single-family homes to Tustin, all outfitted with flex spaces, offices, decks and private yards, smart technology and hand-selected designer finishes. Spanning 2,433 to 3,398 square feet with four to five bedrooms, these modern homes exemplify modern luxury. Considering the housing market’s ultra-low inventory levels, prospective buyers should reserve a spot on the interest list to stay up-to-date on purchasing opportunities.

Residents of Cira, Luna and Terra alike will benefit from The Landing’s community amenities at The Deck. Expect a private community pool surrounded by lounge seating, outdoor gathering spaces with barbecues, and an indoor flex space with restrooms for hosting get-togethers with friends and family.
