Designed by IBI Group, the development features a contemporary 15-storey tower and a collection of urban townhouses at its base. Exteriors are characterized by expansive windows and glass balconies accented with contrasting cedar tone panels in a nod to Port Credit’s natural landscapes.
Port Credit Memorial Arena is directly across the street from TANU, while the picturesque waterfront is just minutes away.
Construction began in 2018 when the land was cleared and demolished. Prior to demolition, the site was home to a mix of private properties including a three-storey apartment complex and several single-family dwellings. Excavation and shoring continued through 2019, and by the end of the year, a tower crane had been installed. Once the crane was on site, the structure began to emerge rapidly, reaching grade level by early summer 2020.
Today, construction has reached the upper levels and crews continue to pour concrete for the 12th floor. Meanwhile, window installation has begun on lower floors with glazing now visible up up to the fifth floor.
When complete, TANU will feature 202 TACT-designed suites with open-concept layouts and curated colour palettes. Onsite amenities include a lobby with 24-hour concierge service, fitness centre with cardio and weight training equipment, pet spa, and party room with a full catering kitchen. Residents will also have access to a rooftop terrace with a barbecue, fire pit and lounge seating.
Pricing for remaining suites range from $1,009,990 to over $2,007,990. To learn more about the development, visit the project listing on BuzzBuzzHome.
