Characterized by clean lines, vertical fins and expansive glass, the exterior of the buildings exudes a sleek and sophisticated aesthetic. And while the second tower is half the height of the first, the similarly shaped rooftop decks with circular architectural openings unify the two structures.

Smith & Farrow offers a collection of thoughtfully-designed floorplans with open-concept layouts, abundant natural light and modern finishes. Available suites feature spacious one-, two-and three-bedroom homes with unobstructed views across the Lower Mainland.

The building offers an extensive amenity package including an outdoor pool and hot tub, several lounges for entertaining and dining, designated work space and meeting rooms, plus a 46-storey rooftop indoor and outdoor lounge with outdoor screening area.

Residents will benefit from the developmentā€™s ideal location close to schools, including the Simon Fraser University campus, and greenspaces such as the 435-acre Mundy Park, and many nearby picnic areas and sports fields.

Close to home, residents will be walking distance from numerous shops and restaurants like Haenam Korean Restaurant, Katsuya, Shoppers Drug Mart, and a brand new Safeway supermarket at Clarke Road and Como Lake Avenue. Even more amenities are available at The City of Lougheed Shopping Centre, just five minutes away, and neighbouring areas of Port Moody and North Burnaby.

Those who do need to journey beyond West Coquitlam will have the SkyTrain at their doorstep. Burquitlam Station is right across the street, providing quick and convenient access to downtown Vancouver within 35 minutes or Coquitlam Centre in 18 minutes.

Early preview appointments will be available by appointment only in the coming weeks.
