A Houston-based developer has plans to bring a collection of move-in ready, single-family homes to Houston’s Northcliffe neighborhood.

Darbydale Crossing is a series of one- and two-story homes created by CastleRock Communities on Darbydale Drive. Situated just west of I-45 and north of Beltway 8, this under-construction community provides a short commute south to downtown Houston and surrounding neighborhood amenities.

Ranging from 1,167 to 2,335 square feet, the homes at Darbydale Crossing currently offer seven open-concept floorplans to choose from, which vary in size from three- to four-bedroom and two- to two-and-a-half-bathroom layouts. An attached two-car garage is standard in each floorplan, paired with home features like large family rooms, formal dining areas and a second-floor gaming room.

Eleven Darbydale Crossing homes will be move-in ready for May 2021, built using three of the community floorplans — Oak-Cobalt, Pecan-Cobalt and Mesquite-Cobalt. These homes cater a variety of at-home comforts, from first-floor private master suites to integrated kitchens.

Situated just off of Ella Boulevard, Darbydale Crossing is minutes to restaurants, services and local schools for all ages. Complete the weekly grocery shop along Cypress Creek Parkway, where you’ll find several big-name retailers like Walgreens, Kroger, CVS and Foodtown. Hop on the I-45 and head north to Spring, where you can shop at the Walmart Supercenter, Target and Home Depot, or take a dip at Hurricane Harbor Splashtown.

Whenever you need a breath of fresh air, Darbydale Crossing is less than a 15-minute drive to Lochinvar Golf Club, plus Cypress Creek Park at Timberlane and the Mercer Botanic Gardens, where you’ll discover trails, playgrounds and picnic areas.

According to the latest data from BuzzBuzzHome, prices for Darbydale Crossing range from $195,990 to over $257,990.
