Hot off the heels of its official grand opening in late October, Junction Point is already celebrating a major sales milestone. The boutique project by Gairloch is already over 70 percent sold, attracting prospective homebuyers with its collection of spacious suites, sought-after amenities and coveted location at 2625 Dundas Street West in the Junction. While sales have been swift, there’s still a great selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom suites available to choose from.

Designed by Peter Clewes, Principal of architectsAlliance, Junction Point is named after both its location and the striking angles produced by the building’s triangular shape. Clad in red-brick and richly detailed, the eight-storey mid-rise project is set to be a landmark gateway to The Junction. Clewes pays homage to the Junction’s heritage by creating a design that reimagines the 20th-century Victorian warehouses that define the neighbourhood, while taking cues from the fine-grained urbanity of the neighbouring homes and storefronts.

Inside, Junction Point features a collection of elegant residential suites and sleek common areas designed by Commute Design Studio. Available homes range in size from 500 to 1,419 square feet and feature nine- or ten-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, and Caesarstone countertops and backsplashes in kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchens are also outfitted with custom-designed Trevisana cabinetry with soft-close doors and drawers, and a stainless steel appliance package including a built-in oven, gas cooktop, hood fan, integrated microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Residents can indulge in a host of amenities designed around health, entertainment and tech. These include a well-equipped gym, visitor parking with EV-enabled parking spots, and a large, multi-purpose lounge with a kitchen, children’s zone and outdoor terrace for hosting get-togethers. Residents will also benefit from a smart building system, which provides automated access, security, parcel lockers, amenity management and smart home integration.
